Indicorps 2011 Fellowship Application Now Live!

Dear Changemakers,

Pour in equal measures community immersion, grassroots development, courage, and compassion.

Indicorps offers Fellowships for passionate individuals of Indian origin to implement sustainable development projects with community-based organizations across India, to live simply and to embody what it means to “BE THE CHANGE.”

Compact it into a year.

From Gujarat to Bihar, and Punjab to Tamil Nadu, projects will test Fellows’ potential to effect change in health, education, livelihoods, women’s empowerment, environment, community development, microfinance and more.

With a cohort of dedicated people and a consistently-challenging Indicorps ethos.

“Indicorps fosters the creation of a new type of leadership – a cadre of leaders that don’t need to follow any path, but instead blaze a trail for others to follow; that don’t ask what the world needs, but go out and do what makes them come alive; that are not afraid of failure or struggle because it is through these that they find success.”

–Sonal Shah, Indicorps Co-Founder

The component parts are pretty simple; what matters is how fully you are willing to push yourself.  If you engage fully with Indicorps, what will emerge is something more stunning than you can imagine.

March 15: Final Application Deadline

Just remember, the Grand Canyon is simply dirt and water.
